Practical cottage between Loire, Angers, Le Mans and Tours.
This bright, charming and well-maintained house is completely renovated and offers you a wonderful base to discover the region in a welcoming atmosphere. The house is situated on a quiet, large plot of 1200 m2, which is fully fenced and has a peaceful, homely atmosphere. A bird sanctuary, which is perfect for walking, is just under 5 kilometers away.
From here, set off for the famous, grandiose castles along the Loire, discover nature, Saumur, Tours or Chambord. Take a bike ride including a picnic, stroll through the small towns or spend a leisurely afternoon in the café.
