The charming solid wood furnishing and the typical regional and historical details make the apartment a true gem. During the extensive restoration, traditional craftsmanship and healthy and organic materials were used. The apartment has carved solid wood doors, wooden flooring and authentic timber framework. The apartment of around 50m² is on the first floor, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. The cosy living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a full HD TV with a Blu-ray player for relaxing. A decorative highlight in the living room is a genuine Biedermeier stove (cannot be used for heating), which evokes days gone by. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a stove with an oven. The light bedroom with a view of the Moselle is furnished with a double bed with new mattresses (2016) and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC.

The living room opens onto your sunny, roofed terrace, affording a great view of the Moselle and the valley. You can share use of a little garden, for sunbathing, grilling or playing. The garden provides direct access to the Moselle beach, which only few houses along the Moselle can boast.

Another highlight of the house is the indoor pool charmingly designed with natural stone. You can use this wellness area free of charge, with a real log sauna (infusions are provided) or a steam bath with automatic dosing of aromatic essences, stereo sound and changing coloured lights. The wellness area has direct access to the garden. The counterflow system allows sporty swimming, or the massaging away of tensions. The shower is also something special, with three massage jets on the sides and a Kneipp hose for cooling off after the sauna. The owner provides bathrobes and towels. The elephant slide and water toys provide fun for children. The wellness area and the water are always pleasantly warm. The wellness area can also be booked for at least two hours of private exclusive use a day at no additional charge.

There are shops for buying bread rolls etc. within a convenient 500-metre walk.
