The stunningly beautiful location of the house with a stunning view of the Salzburger Dolomites is located in the middle of the ski region 'Dachstein-West' at an elevation of about 900 m. You can comfortably get directly to the house by car and from there you can go skiing on the slopes, which are located directly nearby (0 (!) meters). The ski region has about 145 km of slopes and about 46 lifts. The house is very cozy with modern furnishings. Ground floor: 3 double bedrooms (13-14 m²) and adjacent bathroom. Top floor: large living space (48 m2), that combines a gallery, modern kitchen, dining room with very large wooden table and living area. Of course, the living room glimmers with a tiled stove and LCD TV, stereo system and HDD DVD recorder; plus a large terrace (34 m²) with a newly made garden. Cellar area: technical room, 1 children's room/play room/relax room (36 m2) with 2 bunk beds for 4 safe sleeping spaces and adjacent bathroom with sauna.

The local mountain cars from the three resorts Gosau - Zwieselam, Russbach and Annaberg ease your ascent into the traditional alpine region where cows, sheep and goats graze on the lush grasses and blooming flowers. From here you can cozily go on a tour with the tour train or you can go on foot or on two wheels and discover the marked paths in this unforgettable area.
