Great location however needs some TLC

We absolutely loved the location of this house. It was big with lots of space for a family of 5. Close to a small supermarket and a great restaurant. A short walk to the beach. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and answered questions very quickly. That said, my biggest issue was the fact that the house was not air conditioned. Only the entrance hall way and living room and one of the three bedrooms. This was not specified in the description. It was very hard to sleep without AC. The least I would expect is that the host would provide fans. Also it wasn’t clear from the description that we wouldn’t have access to the garage. So we had to park on the street. It’s a safe neighborhood so that wasn’t a problem. I think this house would definitely benefit from some TLC - someone to check up on it to make sure that all the bulbs work and that the kitchen is well equipped. The house was clean but we just got the impression that the owner never comes to check on it.
