The stately farmhouse dating back to the 11th century is situated at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny high plateau of Ritten - Bolzano's local mountain in the heart of South Tyrol. Quiet, in the middle of greenery, and yet centrally situated, the farmhouse offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Natural Heritage) and the village of Lengmoos. Yet the property is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village of Klobenstein. It is near the Rittner Erdpyramiden, public transport (Rittner Schmalspurbahn - bus stop), a speed skating rink (10-minute walk away), and the skiing and hiking area Rittner Horn - Almlandschaft (4km away). An outdoor swimming pool and a bathing lake are also nearby. Guests can fish from May to November at the property's lake.
