In the district of El Portet 1.3 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises.
