For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 30 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 2 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de Llafranc" 1 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
