Summerwind cottage right on the Baltic Sea beach

Our beautiful holiday home "Sommerwind 202" stands in the middle of the dunes under old pine trees. Built in the Scandinavian style, it is an idyll in every season.

The house is modern with attention to detail. It has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the bathroom with shower, toilet and large mirror above the washbasin invites the large bathtub or the sauna to relax.

When the weather is fine, the terrace is ideal for alfresco dining.
This is a holiday to enjoy!

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.

Das Haus war sehr schön, die Lage innerhalb des Gebiets super, wir konnten die Kinder entspannt draußen spielen lassen und waren schnell am Strand. Check In war relativ unkompliziert, nur ärgerlich, dass das Einfahrtticket in Person am Haus des Gastes persönlich abzuholen ist. Außerdem waren es sehr viele Emails, die ich nach Buchung erhalten hatte. Da war es schwer, den Überblick zu behalten.

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, nah am Strand. Das Bad innen ist relativ neu. Einziger kleiner Mangel ist die Holzterasse draußen, diese muss irgendwann einmal erneuert werden. Ansonsten sehr guter Gesamteindruck.

Soweit alles in Ordnung.
Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung, einige Kleinigkeiten zeigen, dass das Haus doch schon intensiv über die Jahre genutzt wird. Wir waren Anfang April dort, das Wetter war noch sehr frisch und kühl. Beim Heizen sollte man beachten, dass die Fußbodenheizung auch elektrisch läuft und dass sich massiv auf die Stromkosten auswirkt.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Baabe
Das moderne Haus hat einen Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer, eine Sauna und eine Waschmaschine. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im November hat der Kamin das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mollig warm gemacht. Der Strand und die Ortsmitte sind fußläufig in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Abwicklung war freundlich und problemlos.

Rundum perfekter Urlaub !
Das Haus hat alles was man sich nur wünschen kann! Wir sind Anfang November verreist , der Kamin, die Sauna, die Fußbodenheizung, die Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer- einfach alles hat gepasst. Man ist in zwei Minuten direkt am Strand und auch die Anlage ist super schön. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt & kommen gern wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus im skandinavischen Stil. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Probleme hatten wir anfangs mit der Regelung der Fußbodenheizung. Im ganzen Haus war keine Betriebsanleitung zu finden. Ansonsten aber alles top.

Ruhige Lage im Schutz der Bäume
Das Objekt liegt sehr schön mit einem kleinen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Ortsmitte ist fußläufig sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist mit einem für die Größe des Hauses erstaunlichen Luxus (2 Bäder, Sauna) ausgestattet. Im Sommer schützen die Bäume vor zu heißen Temperaturen. Gerne wieder.

Ankunft mit Hindernissen, aber dannnallesngut
Da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, war der Prozess etwas schwierig. Am Ende konnte die Agentur alles lösen. Bei Ankunft hatten wir Schwierigkeiten in das Gelände zu gelangen, da die Kurverwaltung schon zu hatte und wir das Hause erst nicht finden konnten. Aber am Ende war dann alles gut. Die Lage und das Haus selbst sind sehr schön. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gemütlich und bieten allen Komfort, den wir erwartet haben. Ein kleines Minus: Die Spülmaschine war bei Ankunft voller Geschirr, das wir einräumen mussten.
