Ruhige Tage,wie gewünscht zum Abschalten.DREI Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken ( 20/50/150 m).Unten in der Ladenzeile ein hilfsbereiter Optiker, zwei Türen weiter eine sehr kompetente Friseurin, hervorragende Beratung und Klasse -Schnitt.Beim Firmenjubiläum 2 Wochen später gab es reihenweise männlichweibliche Kommentare ( nur positive natürlich ! )Ein ringsum gelungener Urlaub, das Wetter konnte ja nichtsdafür !

Immenstaad

Die Gegend und der Aufenthalt waren super. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Städtchen, Feierlichkeiten sowie den Bodensee und Landschaft. Dort kann man sich erholen.

Die ideale Ferienwohnung

Super zentrale Lage, idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge rund um den Bodensee. Kurze Wege zum Schiffsanleger und zu den Bushaltestellen. Balkon mit Blick ins Dorfgeschehen, Schlafzimmer nach hinten und ruhig gelegen. Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Perfect stay

Excellent! We saw a lot of towns with the free Bodenseekarte. Only the half island of Reichenau was very complicated to reach. But Friedrichshafen and Überlingen and Meersburg and Ravensburg were very nice places to visit!

Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Immenstaad. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und sie ist super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon guckt man Richtung Landesteg und auf den See. Uns wurden ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl für unsere 1-jährige Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. In Immenstaad und Umgebung kann man einiges erleben. Mit der Bodenseecard fährt man umsonst mit dem Bus, auch eine Schifffahrt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub. Gerne wieder!

Perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub

Von der Buchung über die Vorabstimmung, die Wohnungsübergabe und den Aufenthalt war alles perfekt und so wie es sein soll. Zeer compleet en net appartement

Wij hebben met veel plezier in dit appartement een week doorgebracht. De inrichting was zeer compleet en het appartement heel schoon. Locatie leuk aan een pleintje, bakker aan de overkant en dichtbij het meer.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung direkt am See

Die komfortable 2-Zimmerwohnung im 1. Stock ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ihre Lage unmittelbar am See und dem Schiffsanleger ist perfekt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz im Haus trug auch zur Entspannung bei. Das individuelle Check-in war perfekt. Danke ! uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Gute Wahl!

Wer sich für diese Wohnung entscheidet, hat gut gewählt und damit eine wesentliche Grundlage für seinen Urlaub geschaffen. Mitten im Ortskern von Immenstaad. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen – Bäcker, Metzger, Zeitungen, Bücher, ÖPNV Haltestellen. Zum Rewe-Markt sind es 500 Meter. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, großzügig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll und gediegen eingerichtet. An den Wänden beachtens- und betrachtenswerte Bilder. Ferienwohnungen sind oft recht neutral und unpersönlich eingerichtet, davon ist diese Wohnung weit entfernt. Sie macht es einem leicht, sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Vom Balkon aus schaut man über den Yachthafen auf den See, bei guter Sicht bis hinüber zum Schweizer Ufer. Bis zur Außenkante des Landungssteges sind es 400 Meter, dann steht man aber auch schon 100 Meter vom Ufer entfernt. Und das Auto findet seinen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Diese Wohnung lädt ein zum Wiederkommen. C.u.B. Oligschlaeger März/April 2022

Entspannente Tage in schöner Umgebung

FeWo in Immenstaad

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum von Immenstaad und ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gut aufgeteilt. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Mieter war ausgezeichnet.

Schöner Urlaub

Tolle zentrale, dennoch meist ruhige Lage. Kaffee, Eisdiele, Bäcker .... alles super zu erreichen. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Netter Empfang, hilfsbereit egal was ist. Leider schwer zu lüften daher sehr warm in der Wohnung.
