Nice 1 bedroom apartment in Monte Pedreguer

This flat is situated to 8 km from the beach in a nice urbanisation in Monte Pedreguer. At the entrance of the appartment you find the air conditioning and on the right hand side you find the bathroom with bathtub and the bedroom with double bed. Further on you find the living room, which has a fireplace for the cold winter days. The living/dining room is connected to the open kitchen with breakfast bar. The flat also has a small terrace with views to the nature and the communal pool. In the community you will find a green area with various facilities such as a swimming pool, a tennis court and a football pitch.

A stay with a dog is possible in this house, for an additional cleaning fee of 50 € / dog. A deposit of 200 € in cash is required on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in good condition.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Pedreguer verbracht und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang bei Anreise war sehr herzlich und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war bei den heissen Temperaturen traumhaft. Vielen Dank!

Alles bestens

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war bestens. Es wurde auf Anreisezeiten Rücksicht genommen und der Check-in verlief ohne Probleme. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ausreichend und ordentlich. Man kann sich jederzeit mit Fragen an die Vermieterin wenden, sehr netter Kontakt. Vielen dank.
