Private: property 40'000 m2 with lawn, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with WC, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.3 km, sandy beach "Playa dels Molins" 400 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
