Willingen-Usseln is a climatic health resort with a Kurpark and two snow-covered ski lifts (Kurpark and ski lift approx. 300m from the apartment), its own town center with good shopping opportunities, train station and all kinds of family-friendly leisure facilities. The apartment:
This top holiday apartment with the MeineCardPlus is ideal for a relaxing long-term vacation, hikers, active seniors, nature lovers and young families.
The special highlight of this architecturally very chic maisonette apartment is its three half-offset living levels - kitchen-diner downstairs, living area with roof terrace in the middle and bedroom/bathroom upstairs - on top there is the "cozy gallery"!

The "cuddle gallery" also makes the apartment very flexible to use - there is a separate sleeping area for snorers. Ideal occupancy with 2 people. An additional person can sleep on the cozy gallery (the cozy gallery is not suitable for small children of preschool age because of the ladder).
If occupied by >2 people, the apartment's 4-star status is no longer applicable, as according to DTV criteria, 4-stars are only possible if a bedroom separate from the living room or an open gallery is available for all people - however, as the cozy gallery does not have standing height, it does not meet this criterion
Other equipment:
Combined washer-dryer for sole use, Nordic walking poles, ski storage cabinet and in winter a toboggan, games collection and a wooden train for children.
Option:
You can have breakfast/evening buffet or half board spontaneously in the directly adjacent "H+ Hotel" (formerly Ramada Hotel) - or reserve/book it. There is also an á la carte restaurant with regional & international cuisine, a panoramic café with a terrace - and at weekends a house bar, where you are always a welcome guest.

In Willingen, among others, the lagoon adventure pool, ice rink, Ettelsberg cable car, adventure golf on the viaduct, pit-pat facility, climbing hall, Curioseum, Mühlenkopfschanze funicular, visitor mine, glass factory, 3D mini golf hall, Usseln outdoor pool. All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.

Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 60€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 30€
- 7 for 6 nights: When booking 7 nights, we only charge 6 nights in most seasons (except (public) holidays and events) - or one week is heavily discounted.

Note:
For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 2,50 per person per day for people aged 15 and over

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of € 200 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
