It offers guests interested in culture numerous museums, galleries and historical sights, such as the St. Anna Fortress, which towers over Sibenik and is also known by the locals as the Mihovil Fortress.

The old town centre of Sibenik is home to numerous churches, monasteries and palaces - the enchanting cultural heritage of a thousand years of important history.
