Part of a wonderful farmhouse (there are 2 apartments in total), the 85 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating as well as a TV. There is also a washing machine in a communal laundry area (at extra cost). The holiday apartment has a private spring and the water in the whole property is potable. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area with a pool which is heated through solar panels is also available for your use. The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September, opening times also depend on weather conditions.
The property is located 300 m from the main road and from the train station of Brennero. Furthermore, the farmhouse is situated in the heart of the Pistoia Mountains along the road S.S.12 Abetone and Brennero.
