Herrliches Franken
Wir waren viel wandern. Herrlich ! Was unbedingt in die Beschreibung muss - der steile Aufstieg zum Haus. Teilweise erneuert, teilweise kreuzgefährlich, also nichts für gehbehinderte Leute. CheckIn gab es nicht, aber durch Telefonat vor Anreise alles geklärt. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber mit neuen Duschkabinen. Hier und da würde eine weitere Renovierung dem Haus gut tun.

Sehr gefährlicher Aufstieg, der "Garten" ist wildes Gestrüpp, Spinnenweben an jeder Ecke, WLAN ging nicht, gebrochene Steckdose im Wintergarten, verwohnte Möbel, Böden/Teppich dreckig. Gastgeberin nett, solange man nichts kritisiert

Haus Fuchs
Die Buchung ging fast daneben, eine andere Agentur war zwischengeschaltet. Es gab hierzu keine Informationen. Nur durch Zufall war meine gewünschte Zeit in diesem Haus noch frei Das Grundstück war zu meiner Reisezeit verwildert und total verwahrlost, wirkte, als wäre es unbewohnt und ich einem Betrug aufgesessen Die Zuwegung zum am Hang gelegenen Haus ist durch schlechte Beleuchtung und fehlende oder kaputte Stufen unfallträchtig, vor allem bei Regen Das Versprechen von fewo-direkt, dass man das Objekt für sich allein hat, ist in diesem Fall schlicht falsch. Die 3 "Wohnungen" in diesem alten Haus sind nicht für sich abgeschlossen, sondern durch Flur und Treppenhaus alle offen. Die Einrichtung? Es hat schon seinen Grund, warum es nur ein altes Foto des Objekts von außen gibt... Meine Wohnung bestand aus zwei Zimmern, die über eine große Loggia verbunden waren, sonst jeweils zu betreten über den gemeinsamen Hausflur In jedem Zimmer war ein kleines, neu gemachtes Duschbad. Mit alten, kaputten Badschränken! Warum?! Die Möbel sind alt, z.T. kaputt und vor allem lieblos zusammengesucht. In der "Kochnische" habe ich nur Spüle und den gut funktionierenden Kühlschrank genutzt. Ich habe Töpfe und eine Kaffeemaschine vorgefunden, die hätte ich wegen ihres Alters niemals benutzt Positiv waren die angenehm kühlen Temperaturen im Haus. Wenn man nur einen Platz zum Schlafen in der sehr schönen Umgebung sucht, ist dieses Objekt ausreichend. Das war die schlechteste Fewo, die ich je hatte!
