About this property

Very nice and well equipped vacation home near the lake Mogden.

Beautiful house for 2 families approx. 200 meters from Lake Mogden, which is ideal for swimming and fishing.

Beautiful marked hiking trail of 7.4 km around the lake.

In the cottage there is a well-equipped living room with wood stove and large light inlets and a large covered wooden terrace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with large work areas. The annex has double and twin bunk beds, a separate toilet and a small wooden terrace.

A short walk takes you down to the lake with a lovely family-friendly beach.

You should also visit the other lakes in the area, such as Åsunden and Tolken, which are known for their good fishing waters.

Please note that: Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

8 Tage Hökerum

Die Hütte ist nahe Hökerum gelegen, 100m Fußweg zu See. Es steht ein Boot zur Nutzung am allgemeinen Bootsanleger zur Verfügung (250m). Das Haus steht auf einem recht großen Grundstück, mit viel Platz für Kinder zum spielen (Rutsche, Schaukel, Baumhaus). Leider müsste mal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Dadurch, dass keine zentrale Reinigung erfolgt, wird doch nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, wenn überhaupt. Teilweise fleckige Bettware, die Couch hat ihre besten Jahre sicherlich hinter sich. Backofen sieht aus wie ... Dafür gibt es perfekten Internetzugang (AppleTV, Netflix) und eine Klimaanlage zum kühlen (war auch nötig bei uns, da 27 Grad plus). Die Pizzeria im Ort (ist eher ein Pizza Imbiss) ist echt empfehlenswert, der kleine Einkaufsladen dort ist allerdings geschlossen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist südlich der Anschlussstelle zur Autobahn (ca, 3 km). Alles in Allem ist die Lage ok und dem Preis angemessen. Es ist halt echt einsam in der Gegend ;-) Zur Erholung und zum Abschalten: perfekt!
