Villa Ganymedes is a new villa built from natural stone that leaves nothing to be desired with its clear lines and modern look. The furnishings are a mix of industrial style and warm wood tones.

It was built on a plot of over 6,000 square meters and offers a fantastic view over the valley, the white mountains and the sea.

The recently completed villa is approximately 190 m2 in size and is divided into two buildings.

In the main house there is the kitchen, with dining area and living room, as well as a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite.

There is also a guest toilet and a storage room here.

In the second building there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a large shower. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms.

It offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. You have this wonderful view from all rooms.

The kitchen with cooking island is complete. equipped and leaves nothing missing. All windows are equipped with fly screens and shutters or roller blinds.

There is WiFi in the house via Vodafone mobile Wi-Fi without data limits.

There is a television in the living room and bedrooms. The villa has an Astra satellite system.
This means that almost all German free channels can be received.

The approximately 11 x 4.20 m pool is perfect for swimming and you can unwind on the pool deck.

The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable furniture and loungers, as well as parasols. The dining area outside is shaded by a pergola.
You can park the car under the shaded carport.
The villa offers great privacy and unobstructed wide views.

The village of Gonia can also be reached on foot. There is a mini market, a very good tavern and a coffee shop here.
It is about 1.5 km to Prines and only about 8 minutes to Rethymnon.
You can reach the nearest beach after approx. 10 km.

Normal move-in time is 2 p.m. and move-out time is 10 a.m.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €10/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
