Wir hatten einen sehr netten bemühten Vermieter.Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben die wir nutzen konnten. Die wohnung ist wie man sich eine alte canarische Wohnung vorstellt. Dom z klimatem, którego nie doświadczysz w hotelach.

Pros: Dom jest utrzymany w starym stylu a zarazem posiada nowoczesne udogodnienia. Dużym plusem jest taras/balkon i okno w dachu przez które można oglądać księżyc i gwiazdy. Ładna łazienka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo ciepła woda w łazience. Czysta biała pościel, czyste reczniki. Miły gospodarz. Cons: Jest to miejsce stare i jeśli komus bardzo zależy na wygodach i luksusie to nie jest takie miejsce. Czuć zapach specyficzny dla starych domów i mebli. Niestety lodówka w środku miała bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach i koce na sofach też nie pachniały świeżością. Niestety też mieliśmy w ostatnią noc mysz w kuchni, w tosterze. Gospodarz wyjaśnił że jest to niezależne od niego i spowodowane ostatnimi dużymi opadami na wyspie. Poinformował, że usunął mysz. Niestety gryzonie mogły być w kuchni i chodzić po naczyniach i garkach podczas naszego snu. Zostawiło to trochę złe wrażenie na mnie.

February trip with friends

A well equipped, sweet little house with a lovely roof terrace. Easy check in and good communication with host. We had a couple of issues with the fridge and the shower drainage but Martin was very prompt in responding to our concerns and coming to sort them. It can be chilly overnight (we stayed in Feb), there are some extra blankets but bring layers.

Wundervoll idyllisches Haus im romantischem Dorf!

Wir waren 5 Tage bei Martin in seinem schönen Haus - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Es gab begrüßungs Wein und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Das Haus hat wirklich Charm und viel Platz. Besonders gut waren auch die Betten, wir konnten richtig erholsam schlafen! Sehr zu empfehlen für individual Urlaub mit Charakter und Authentizität! Martin war sehr herzliche und hatte tolle Tipps!! Einfach bezaubernd!

Lekker plekje centraal op t eiland. Rustig dorpje

Pros: Contact met eigenaar perfect! Mooi centraal op t eiland in rustig stadje. Aan klein weggetje. Parkeren op loppafstand. Erg rustig mits de buren niet feesten. Maar dat was snel opgelost. Cons: Jammer dat er geen ramen in de woonkamer en keuken zaten. Binnenplaatsje alleen te gebruiken als t andere appartement leeg is. Dakterras alleen via trap bereikbaar.

Nice to know

Wir waren über Silvester 22/23 da. Martin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er kommt sogar Nachts von Las Palmas um seine ausgesperrten Gäste vom Balkon zu retten. (Achtung: Terassentüre nicht von außen schließen!) Es war ein Weinpresent als Willkommensgeschenk da. Leider war in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich dass der Whirlpool mit hohen Extrakosten verbunden ist. Nice to know: Ein Schlafzimmer ist der Eingangsbereich. Generell bisschen dunkel aber der Charme der Wohnung ist unverkennbar. Das Bad hat Flair ist aber gleichzeitig modern eingerichtet. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man zu viert braucht, hat keine Fenster. Eine Schildkröte wohnt auf dem Balkon. Supermarkt und Bäcker in 2min zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in Allem war es eine super Unterkunft mit super Vermieter.

Authentiek huisje in Canarische stijl. Goede locatie in Aguimes.

Pros: Goede voorzieningen, netjes en schoon, goede bedden. Heel aardige en ijverige host Martin. Er stond een lekker flesje wijn klaar en de tweede dag n mand met fruit. Cons: Wat wij jammer vonden is dat er bijna geen daglicht binnenkwam. Vooral in de keuken was de deur die normaal gezien op n terrasje uitkwam vergrendeld en wij snakten naar daglicht daar. (Is wel enigszins begrijpelijk omdat de host alle gasten privacy wilde bieden maar ook een gemis dus. Bovendien denk ik dat de meeste Canarische woningen zo gesloten zijn. Je ziet bijna nergens grote ramen.)
