In August 2022 newly opened renovated vacation apartment with large panoramic windows. The 2-room apartment (60 sqm large) is centrally located in Partenkirchen and is 10 minutes walk from the center. The apartment is on the ground floor with balcony and from the panoramic window you can enjoy the view of the Kramer. The living room with large seating to pull out for the 5th person and additional sofa bed (1.60m widex2.00m long) for 2 people, dining table for 6 people, flat screen, radio with CD player and Bluetooth function invites you to relax. The fitted kitchen including Nespresso capsule machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180x200 cm and large wardrobe and separated from the living room with a wooden sliding door. The municipality of Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges a spa fee of 3.-- Euro per adult and day/children and teenagers from the age of 6 to the age of 16 1.-- Euro per person and day. This amount is to be paid to the landlord upon arrival.

Sehr gute Lage, in 15 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und in 10min mit dem Auto am Hausberg. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, allerdings muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Elternschlafzimmer nur durch eine nicht schalldichte Schiebetür vom Wohn/Kinderschlafzimmer getrennt ist.
This place looked even better than the photos! Would definitely recommend to other folks when visiting Garmisch--easy access to Zugspitze and Partnach Gorge.
Katja, the property owner, was very responsive and was there to let us in during check in and to show us the property.
