Beachnear holiday home with private pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 61 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 15 €/person/set
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded at departure)

The rent includes 20 € / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra = 0,30 €/kwh - payable in cash on departure).

Between October till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The Space:
Lovely semidetached house with private garden and own swimming pool, nearby the beach. Very good and modern furnished.
Internet per Wifi. Heating in the wintertime per air-condition and fire-place.

It has a little garden with poolterrace, pavilion and barbecue, mediterranean ambience.
At the ground-floor is a spacious living-dining-room (with air-condition), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 toilett; at the first-floor are 3 bed-rooms (two with air-condition), 1 bath.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet residencial area.

Getting Around:
Restaurants, bus-stop and sandy-beach are in walking distance. In summer there is also a small mini-supermarket nearby. A baker comes daily by car.
The house is situated between Denia and Oliva - in the village of El Vergell.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dog up to 10 kg and from 1 year possible.
