Im Haus gibt es eine Sauna und einen kleinen Fitness-Raum ( auf Nachfrage vor Ort) nutzbar
Gaststätten und Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Metzger sind zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Donauradweg liegt sozusagen direkt vor der Haustüre, ebenso die Bushaltestelle.
Ein Badesee ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca 10-12 min erreichbar. Die noch freifließende Donau/
Donaustrand sowie das Vogelschutzgebiet ist in 5-10 Gehminuten für Sie zum erholen und genießen da.In und um Winzer kann man tolle Wanderung und Radtouren machen.
