Own ground level access and driveway to the cottage. On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen corner. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom and bathroom. From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with direct exit to the balcony, as well as a bathroom.

The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax at the pool.
