Clean and spacious
We (group of 4 friends) had an amazing time at Berlinicasa. Contact with the owner was always very good. Answered emails very fast. She was a real friendly and helpful host. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Beds and shower are great. The area is quiet but also close to public transport. Supermarket a few minutes walk away. Free parking on the street! Rundum zufrieden
Wir waren mit der Familie mit drei Kindern für einige Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, im Innenhof gibt es einen neu hergerichteten Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder. Hervorheben möchten wir, dass die Wohnung wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Great time in Berlin
The apartment is very well maintained and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. There is a supermarket just across the road and another one very close nearby. There is a pub on the corner and my husband found a great littlte cigar shop and smoking room only 5 minutes walk away. We walked to the train station everyday, although there is a bus if you don't want to walk. Restaurants and cafes in Friedrichschain are within walking distance.. The best part about staying in the apartment was Oli, who is a very friendly helpful lady. She had prepared a list of Berlin attractions, cafes and restaurants with instructions how to get to each one. She also provided very helpful local information and arranged for a taxi to pick us up on departure. She escorted us to the taxi and made sure the driver knew where we wanted to go. Our family had a great time in Berlin and it was nice to come home to the apartment at the end of each busy day. We would stay in this apartment if we have a chance to return to Berlin.

Fantastic apartment! Confortable, clean and kind.
We have been in Berlín for 3 days 6 adults. Great apartment close the train station and clean and is like I have been in my own home. The mattress son confortable. In front of apartment there's a supermarket with all the necessary and more. Oli so kind with us and helpfully. When I come back Berlín this apartment will be again the first option!

Perfekte Wohnung!
Wir, zwei Erwachsene mit unseren beiden jugendlichen Kindern, haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können uns in allen Punkten unserem Vor-Bewerter Malsch D. nur anschließend. So eine freundliche Betreuung vom ersten Kontakt an haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt, absolut sauber und die beiden großen Sofas ermöglichen ein tolles Relaxen nach einem Tag in Berlin. Besonders toll ist die Lage, da man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in dem vielseitigen und einmaligen Szeneviertel Friedrichshain mit seinen Geschäften, Restaurants (alles vorhanden, indisch, arabisch, mexikanisch usw.) und den Bars ist. Vielen lieben Dank, wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Perfekte Wohnung!
Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit unseren beiden Kindern im Jugendalter haben uns in der Wohnung absolut wohl gefühlt und wir können uns unserem Vor-Bewerter Malsch D. nur in allen Punkten anschließen. Die Bestellabwicklung ist vom ersten Kontakt an so freundlich gewesen wie wir es noch nie hatten, die Wohnung ist super sauber, hat eine tolle Lage und insbesondere das tolle Szeneviertel Friedrichshain, in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt und das begeistert und unendliche Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen (arabisch, indisch usw.) und auf ein Bier bietet, ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Besonders toll sind in der Wohnung die Zimmeraufteilungen und die beiden großen Sofas im Wohnzimmer, die ein Relaxen auch mit mehreren Personen ermöglichen.Vielen lieben Dank, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

A fantastic weekend in Berlin in a nice apartment
We visited Berlin in the middle of September this year - 5 persons: 2 adults and 3 grown up children at the age of 25, 22 and 16 years. We had 4 very nice days and the apartment is very central placed, there is lots of room, and it is clean and well-maintained. We can really recommend this apartment for at stay in Berlin - and it is cheap as well. When we arrived the hostess welcomed us very warmly and gave us good and usefull information about how to get around in Berlin and which places and attractions she would recommend us to visit. Immer wieder
Wir, zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Teenager Mädchen, hatten uns sehr spontan für eine Berlinaufenthalt entschlossen. Schon im Vorfeld lief die Buchungsabwicklung, sehr freundlich, schnell und problemlos. Zur Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir lieb empfangen und es gab noch einige sehr gute Tips für einen Besuch in der Stadt, für uns genau richtig, Danke nochmals dafür. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, zwischen den Haltestellen Warschauer Strasse (U- und S-Bahn) und dem Ostkreuz (S-Bahn), zur Spree ist es ein Steinwurf weit entfernt. Die bekannte East Side Gallery oder die Veranstaltungshalle, O2-World, ist füssläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Szeneviertel, Friederichshain, mit seinen vielen kleinen Lokalen, Clubs, Alternative Galerien und kleineren Geschäften ist in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung bietet mit ihrem Zuschnitt genau alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gut aus gestattet und sehr sauber. Sie befindet sich in der Hochpaterre und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon zum grünen Innenhof. Alles in Allem genau das richtige für einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer aufregenden Stadt. Wunderbare Unterkunft
Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und hatten wundervolle Berlin Ferien in einer tollen Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld der Reise super. Unsere Mails wurden sehr rasch und ausführlich beantwortet und auch vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage. Wir hatten uns Räder gemietet, mit diesen wir in 10min am Alex waren. Auch das Brandenburger Tor ist mit diesen gut erreichbar. Der Plänterwald oder Tempelhofes Park sind mit Rädern ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar und lohnenswert. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, hat einen schönen Innenhof mit Spielplatz und ist sehr ruhig. Was vor allem am Abend auffällt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man in einer FeWo benötigt. Dank der 4 Zimmer besteht die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen oder auch einmal bei schlechtem Wetter "zu Hause" zu bleiben. Wir können diese FeWo nur weiterempfehlen. Einen besonderen Dank an Oli für Alles!

Schöne Ferienwohung
Wir waren Ende März mit unseren Müttern (88/83) für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Berlin um die Geburtstage unserer Kinder/Enkelkinder zu feiern. Ideale Ferienwohnung für Berlin-Aufenthalt
Als Familie mit drei Kindern haben wir die Zeit in Berlin und in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Wohnung liegt super, mit Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus 3 min, S-Bahn 10 min). Zu Fuß bereits die East Side Gallery erreichbar. Man kann wunderbar an der Spree entlang gehen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig. Direkt gegenüber Supermarkt und Bäcker. Sie ist gemütlich, mit allem Nötigen aus gestattet, man hat WLAN, usw.. Auch wenn wir das nicht mehr brauchten-es gab Kinderstuhl und Reisebett für kleine Kinder. Und wir fanden es klasse, dass es für die Kinder vollwertige Betten gab. Also- wir können BerliniCasa nur empfehlen!!!

tolles apartment in toller stadt
Als „Großfamilie“ mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern bewohnten wir die Wohnung im März diesen Jahres. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und 6 vollwertigen Betten hat sie uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet und gemütlich. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, 1 Minute Fußweg an die Spree, 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Ostkreuz. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich Netto und ein Bäcker. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und fürsorglich, wir wurden mit Informationen über Berlin und Insider-Tipps versorgt. Wir wurden persönlich in der Wohnung begrüßt und auch wieder verabschiedet. Bei unserem nächsten Berlinbesuch werden wir hoffentlich wieder in dieser Wohnung wohnen können.

Great appartment, great host, great city.
Really nice place, with a good welcoming. I looked just like the pictures (minus the sun in january but it was to be expected !!) We had a amazing time ! The place is quiet near from de subway station Ostkreutz. A lot of trafic in the neighborood but we weren't bothered at all by the noise when we were home ! We had to take the public transport because the place is not located in Mitte and we wanted to visit a lot but It was easy (although a bit expensive : little tip if you are 6 or 5 like we were, you should take 24h cards for public transport, but Olie will tell you all about it!) Thanks again ps : nice club around the corner (nice dj, nice people, original bulding)

Fantastic stay!
We had a great stay at BerliniCasa. My 3 girlfriends and I had a wonderful 'girls' weekend in Berlin and this apartment was a great base for us. The location is good and we loved having a supermarket directly across the street. Oli was such a wonderful host, sending tons of helpful information before we arrived and giving lots of tips on restaurants and stuff in the area. She even booked a taxi for us to go to the airport and negotiated with the driver to make sure we were charged fairly. Overall, we had a nice comfortable stay here and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Oli for your hospitality :)

Sehr Empfehlenswert
Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt günstig zur Haltestelle Ostkreuz. Ca. 5 Min zu Fuss. Wenn man will kann man auch seinen Müll trennen, das unserem Umweltgedanken sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Ein Bäcker und ein Netto sind gleich gegenüber der Wohnung, was super war. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir die sehr nette und kompetente Oli. Wer zu mehreren in Berlin Urlaub machen will ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wirklich empfehlenswerte FeWo für einen Berlin-Aufenthalt Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (4 und 9 Jahre) haben fünf schöne Tage in Berlin und Potsdam verbracht. Für uns war ja besonders wichtig, dass es drei separate Schlafzimmer gibt. Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage liegt die Wohnung recht ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Die S- und U-Bahn, aber auch die O2- World sind ohne Probleme fußläufig zu erreichen. Anlass für unseren Besuch war ja ein Konzertbesuch in der 02-World, so dass wir danach schnell zu Fuß wieder zurück waren (ohne dem Andrang nach einem Taxi / S-Bahn, Suche nach einem Parkplatz und ohne dem davor und danach gewesenen Verkehrschaos!). Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind zum Hinterhof und damit ist die nächtliche Ruhe wirklich gewährleistet gewesen. Alle Zimmer waren sauber. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass schräg gegenüber auch gleich ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker sind. Ausgezeichnet und hervorzuheben war die liebe Betreuung durch die Vermieterin: Guter Kontakt bereits bei der Buchung (auch die Zahlungseingänge wurden uns immer gleich bestätigt), Schlüsselübergabe und bei Abreise alles bestens. Und für Fragen und für Berlin-Tipps stand sie für uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Danke nochmal. Liebe Grüße nach Berlin aus dem Erzgebirge PS: Beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ideale Wohnung in Berlin
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder: 16 und 13 Jahre) haben eine super Woche in Berlin verbracht, nicht zuletzt, weil die Ferienwohnung für uns ideal war. Die Wohnung ist sauber, mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet und trotz der guten Verkehrsanbindung ruhig gelegen. Parken in der Nähe der Wohnung war für uns kein Problem, Bäcker und Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, Ostkreuz (S-Bahn) in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, lebhaftes Stadtteilzentrum (Friedrichshain) mit tollen Kneipen und Boutiquen zu Fuß zu erreichen und auf der anderen Spreeseite - auch zu Fuß erreichbar - der Treptower Park mit Biergarten. Abwicklung, Empfang, Schlüsselübergabe... alles reibungslos durch die sehr nette Vermieterin. Sollten wir noch mal mit mehreren Personen nach Berlin reisen, wäre die Wohnung für uns die erste Wahl.

Very nice apartment and a super friendly host!
The apartment is situated in a quit and pleasant area. It was big enough for the four of us. Wifi was great, there is a balcony and even a place for bicycle storage behind the gate. A supermarket is right in front of the apartment and the U-bahn is about 10 minutes walk. The host Oli is a very enthusiastic and pleasant woman! She is always willing to give you usefull information about the questions you may have. So everything was more than fine, we had a great time in Berlin with our sons (age 22 and 18). Wonderful Berlin
We, 2 adults and 2 children, had a fantastic stay in Berlin. The appartment is very convenient because of its space and tidiness. The location is also very great. A supermarket and a bakery on the other side of the street. U-Bahn( Warschauer Stra?e) and S-Bahn(Ostkreuz) within walking distance. Free parking right in front of the building. And Berlin, of course, is a fantastic city. The highlights, the development it is going through, the people and the fact that it's not an expensive city, make a visit very worthwile. At last, but certainly not least, I want to mention the hospitality of the owner, Olivera. Hospitality with a capital H, that's where she stands for. She gives you a warm welcome and great hints for your stay in Berlin. We will highly recommend the Berlinicasa for a stay in Berlin.

We had a week long stay last January and we really enjoyed the accomodation. It's a really comfortable flat, clean, warm, located in a quiet district. There is a market on the opposite side of the street and it's quite a valuable feature when you come back home after a day out visiting the city and you need an hour or so to relax. The apartment is about 15 minutes (by feet) away from the S-Bahn station and very close to a bus stop. I did appreciate the help our contact (Oli) gave us both in planning and enjoying our stay in Berlin, thanks!

It was great!
Oli was very accommodating and patiently waited for us to arrive at the apartment. She did a fantastic job of explaining the place and all of Germany. She was generous in her offer to always be reachable and sent us additional information on the area. She also arranged a taxi for us for the last day and met us at the apartment to see us off. Oli was so helpful when we left something at the apartment and generously helped arrange its transport to us. Can't say enough good things about her. The apartment was great with everything you need for a self catering apartment. The grocery store across the street was very convenient and the train was not too far a walk. We very much liked our stay in Berlin.
