❤️ Posada

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen direkt in der alten Stadtmauer von Posada mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Um an das Haus zu kommen sollte man gut zu Fuß sein da man über einen steilen Weg zum Haus gehen muss. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzplatz im Innenhof (gemeinschaftlich genutzt ) dort ist es sehr schön ist zu sitzen, auch wenn es windig ist. Die große Dachterrasse ist ein Dach ohne Schattenplatz oder Sitzmöglichkeiten aber es sind zwei Liegestühle vorhanden : Wir haben uns ab und zu den Tisch und die zwei Stühle von unten mit auf die Terrasse genommen um den Traumhaften Ausblick zu genießen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine ( gemeinschaftlich ) Geschirr und Besteck alles ausreichend und in guter Qualität . Was die Sauberkeit, Betreuung vor Ort, Informationen für Ausflüge, Essen und Wein angeht, kann man es nicht besser machen . Nachts ist es ratsam, das Fenster zu schließen, da es sehr viele Hunde in den Gärten unterhalb der Stadtmauer gibt, die dann sehr laut sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und betreut gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder . Danke an Rino, Holger und seine Frau . Grüße Daniel & Nicole

Saubere und sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Great, relaxing holidays

The apartment is very well renovated and the furnishings are in good, high quality condition. From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the valley and the sea. The apartment is located in the middle of the romantic old town of posada. The landlords were always available and brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden. A very nice stay, we would love to come back.

Diese Wohnung - ein kleines Schmuckstück!

Die Wohnung ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf dem Foto, fand ich. Ein kleines Schmuckstück! Sie liegt im historischen Teil der Stadt Posada. Vom Besitzer mit viel Aufwand, liebevoll mit Geschmack und Sinn für "das Schöne" renoviert. Mit hochwertigen Materialien maßgeschneiderten Möbeln und allem was man braucht. Marmorbad mit einem tollem Wasserdruck - nicht wie so oft nur ein paar Tröpfchen aus der Dusche! Der Ausblick auf den Dachterassen ist fenominal, man hat fast einen Rundumblick. Sonnenaufgang am Meer vom Bett aus beobachten - Phantastisch!!! Auch wenn es noch soo heiß ist, immer ein sehr schöner frischer Wind in der Wohnung wenn man die Balkontür zum Meer hin und hinten die Eingangstüre öffnet. Vor dem Eingangsbereich gibt es dann noch einen (sehr schönen) kleinen Innenhof der mit einem Tor verschlossen werden kann. Es kann also kein anderer in die Wohnungstüre wenn man alles offen hat und mal Siesta macht. Wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht gebraucht. Mücken kein Problem. Der Service vom Vermieter war hervorragend. Hat sich um alle Belange mehr als gekümmert.und uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Da er deutsch und italienisch spricht hatte auf jede Frage eine Antwort, gab wertvolle Tipps. Er hat uns sogar mit Schätzen aus seinem Garten versorgt. Ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden und verschiedene Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ganz ehrlich? Wir wollten eigentlich nicht mehr heim. Danke, für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr schöne Lage in der Altstadt von Posada mit wundervollem Blick aufs Meer. Der wunderschöne Strand ist ca. 1,5 km von der Wohnung entfernt und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Beim Check-In und Check-Out waren die Eigentümer sehr kulant und entgegenkommend. Perfekter Platz für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen.
