New Construction - 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Pool home

This new construction fulfills all wishes for a great holiday. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen-living area with a view of the large pool terrace and the freshwater canal leave nothing to be desired for your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. A gas grill invites you to cozy barbecue adventures. The large pool with a separately heated jacuzzi
refreshes you after a day at the beach.
Sufficient towels, beach towels and bed linen are available so that you can still store the space in your suitcase for your purchases in the various outlets.
A cooler, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also available.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
