Zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir können die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Die Beschreibung im Internet stimmt mit der Wohnung überein. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist der Strand mit den umliegenden Restaurants zu erreichen. Der einzig kleinere Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine hellere Lampe im Schlafzimmer oder eine Erweiterung der Steckdosenanzahl am Bett.

Schöner Urlaub in Binz

Sehr schöne Wohnung im EG, gut ausgestattet.Für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem recht ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit.

Gute Wohnung, Schlüsselübergabe nicht in Binz

Eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Leider erfuhren wir erst einen Tag vor Anreise, dass wir den Schlüssel nicht in Binz vor Ort, sondern in Stralsund abholen mussten. Das wäre mit der Anreise per Bahn gar nicht möglich gewesen. Mit dem PKW bedeutete es 40min Zusatzzeit.

Schön und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wie beschrieben, TG Parkplatz, Balkon überdacht, etwas dunkle Wohnung mangeks Tageslichteinfall. Hat aber alles was man braucht. In 3 Minuten im Zentrum zu Fuß. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, preisentsprechend, komplett eingerichtet aber auch tagsüber ein wenig dunkel durch Bäume.Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Binz und Rügen nach fast 60 Jahren wieder neu entdeckt

Der Urlaub in Binz war toll. Einen wesentlichen Anteil daran hatte die wunderbare Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen, in Strandnähe und sehr gut ausgestattet, war sie für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthaltsort. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage. Man ist in kürzester Zeit zum Strand gelaufen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch gleich um die Ecke.

Alles bestens, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist viel Platz für 2 Personen und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist toll, dass es im Haus eine Sauna, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ordentliche Tiefgaragenstellplätze gibt. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 min Fußweg von der Hauptstraße und vom Strand entfernt. Was will man mehr.

Schönes Appartement mit Potenzial, super Lage

Die Lage ist super, ruhig in der Nacht und Zentrum und Strand Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung okay für den Preis. Es könnte etwas aufgeräumter sein, wir haben abgelaufene Lebensmut gesehen (Kakao, Nudeln, Tee,...) und der Begrüßungszettel hätte ruhig transparenter liegen können (erst am Anreisetag gefunden). Als kleine Verbesserungstip an die Vermieter: Mikrowelle wäre schön und einmal schauen ob der Vormieter alles wieder am die vorgesehenen Stellen gepackt hat. Ansonsten war es aus unserer Sicht sehr schön und wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen, der Kühlschrank lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen (perfekter Stromfresser) und die TerrassenTür sollte keine Möglichkeit des Öffnen von außen mit der Klinke haben (Knauf)

FeWo Dünenstr. 8, Binz

Die gut eingerichtete Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Ein großer Schlafzimmerschrank und eine Kommode sorgen für viele Staumöglichkeiten. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es Verdunklungsgardinen. Die Matratzen sind recht neu und hochwertig. Die Küche ist mit Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und jede Menge Geschirr ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, an der Promenade oder in der Fußgängerzone, die eine nette Auswahl an Geschäften, Bäckereien und Restaurants bietet. Trotzdem wohnt man absolut ruhig. Die Tiefgarage bietet sichere Unterkunft für Auto und Fahrräder. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre zu verbessern: im Bad gibt es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Fazit: eine schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! Empfehlenswert!
