Schöne ruhige Wohnung in toller Lage

Cosy nest on the lake

It is small but very cosy, lovely view from the balcony and is quiet. Perfect for a nice Berlin vacation.

Alles super

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt, ich habe den Schlüssel schon im Voraus zugeschickt bekommen, sodass ich ohne Probleme erst in der Nacht anreisen konnte. Es ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung, aber Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Ich komme wieder....

Ich war schon während meiner Berlin-Aufenthalte in mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Aber diese Wohnung ist mit Abstand die Beste von allen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist wunderschön und auch sonst ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und der Bus M49 bringt einem ins Zentrum. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war einwandfrei - ich habe meinen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Ruhig und sauber

Ich war eine Woche als Volunteer in Berlin. Diese Wohnung ist eine gute Alternative zu einem Hotel / Pension. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in einer schönen Seitenstraße in Charlottenburg. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk - ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen bis ins vorletze Stockwerk hich - das Letze ist zu laufen. Die Die S-Bahn Station erreicht man zu Fuß in 12-14 Minuten, auch ein REWE ist fußläufig (10-12 Minuten) zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hält alles bereit was man benötigt. In der Wohnung ist alles gut beschriftet, sodass man nicht lange suchen muss. Zudem ist alles gekennzeichneten, ob es privat oder zur allgemeinen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, die Schlüssel zur Wohnung kamen fast eine Woche voher mit der Post. Fazit: Wer anstelle von Glanz und Glamour eine saubere, praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung sucht die ruhig gelegen ist, der ist hier richtig.

die Lage am Lietzenburger See ist hervorragend! Es war im Juni "fast unwirklich schön" da zu sein

ich war 10 Tage in der Wohnung und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Im 6. Stock über dem See, morgens Vögel zu beobachten, erholsame Lage und ganz nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In einer Rösterei in der Straße gab es ausgezeichneten Kaffee und in der Neuen Kantstr. ein Café mit frz. Produkten. Alles da!

Schön gelegenes Apartement mit toller Aussicht

Sehr gut für meinen 10-Tägigen Aufenthalt bin ich in der gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung am Litzensee unterkommen. Der See mit Park und viele Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See ist sehr schön. Das Haus hat 70er Jahre flair, was dem Aufenthalt und dem Komfort keinen Abbruch tut. Für Alleinreisende kann ich es sehr empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Vielen Dank auch an dieser Stelle an die freundliche Gastgeberin!

Ideal für Alleinreisende

Eigentlich eine gemütliche Einraum-Wohnung in einer wunderbaren Lage. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer, wenn man auch den Balkon nutzen kann, sehr schön ist. Ich hatte leider das Pech, dass die Heizung die ersten Tage nicht richtig funktioniert hat, was aber dann schnell behoben wurde. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Das Einzige was hilfreich wäre, ist ein Stuhl, auf dem man zum Essen vernünftig am Tisch sitzen kann. So musste ich entweder mit einem Hocker Vorlieb nehmen, oder mein Laptop wegräumen und den (sehr bequemen) Bürostuhl benutzen.

Alles prima...

Ich war rundum zufrieden, allerdings hätte ich mir beim Check-in deutlich mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Ich bin spät angereist und musste dann noch mit Taxi zu einer anderen Adresse, um dort den Schlüssel abzuholen. Nicht einmal auf den Vorschlag, auch am Bahnhof zu treffen, ist eingegangen worden. Sehr schade.

ruhige Wohnung mit toller Anbindung an den Nahverkehr

Wohnung sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf den Lietzer See. Alles da, was man braucht und perfekt organisiert. Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe und zur Ringbahn ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg.
