Holiday Villa Archi with garden paradise and lake view

The Villa degli Archi is surrounded by architecturally beautiful arcades, which gave the villa its name. During the day they provide shade and a pleasant, cooling breeze blows, -in the late evening they provide warmth in the cooling night. Due to the sunny, gentle slope, you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from Villa degli Archi over the roofs of your holiday resort Colico and the surrounding mountain scenery. The villa faces the lake within the approx. 2,500 sqm park grounds, which are surrounded on all sides by an old city wall. There are sun loungers and a dining table set on the arcaded terrace, as well as another dining table group to the lake side to enjoy the evening sun. A privileged holiday location, with beautiful Lombard villas in the surrounding area.

Numerous bathing possibilities with partly sandy beaches are to the north as well as to the south at the bay Piona, pristine beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surf and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, as well as electric motor boats are in and around Colico.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, partly with modern elements, partly with antique furniture. There is parquet flooring in the living area, and high-quality tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Via a natural stone path you walk to the entrance of your villa, a small step leads you into the entrance area, and from there into the large light-flooded living area with the gallery above. To the side is the dining room with a view of the lake and the visually separate comfortable eat-in kitchen.

To the lake side are the sleeping areas:
A double bedroom suite with shower-bath, kitchenette and living area, terrace a double and a twin bedroom with shared, large bright bathroom with round shower (multi-jet system), and bath.

From the living area, the granite staircase leads to the upper gallery with the second living and sleeping area with sloping ceilings. The granite staircase is secured with a stair gate.
The large living gallery with wardrobe leads to two twin bedrooms (1 x without daylight) and the bathroom with shower.

A domicile for high demands. You feel welcome, have a contact person nearby and enjoy your privacy. Enjoy the spacious ambience. Your landlord also has a passion for old and antique Vespa scooters, which can be viewed on request.
Due to the gallery railing, the villa is only suitable for small children to a limited extent (can be provisionally locked). The villa is recommended all year round.

There are several parking spaces at the villa.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years onwards
- Heating according to consumption, only when used from October 2023 until April 2024: 3,50 Euro per m³.
