T-0922 Appartement with beautiful pool in Dènia

This sunny 2 bedroom flat (built approx. 1994) is situated in the beautiful and popular complex "Al Khalif II" in Dènia, only 5 minutes walking distance to the Lidl/Consum supermarkets. The flat is on the ground floor and from the terrace you have direct access to the Mediterranean garden and its large communal pool. The flat has a living/dining room, a newly fitted kitchen with fridge, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. It has 2 bedrooms (both with ceiling fans) and an interior bathroom with bathtub. The whole flat has central air conditioning hot/cold. There is also a private storage room with washing machine and dryer. The covered terrace offers space for table and chairs, also with ceiling fan. There is a parking space for your car, the parking spaces are not numbered and you can park freely.


To note!!!!
All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter, and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of departure.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Great location and well equipped
The apartment is very well located. We walked downtown and to the promenade - all over Denia. The whole complex is very well maintained with two big pools, one of them gigantic! From there you have an awesome view to Montgo. The apartment is extremely well equipped so you can prepare just about any meal. The only downside is that you have to share all this with a considerable amount of mosquitos. That, however, is likely to be different depending on the season. We were here in September. Easy cimmunication with the rental company.

Todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones
La piscina y el entorno es excepcional y muy tranquilo .El apartamento está muy bien equipado, hay bares y supermercados cerca, pero hay que coger el coche para todo. El trato de la agencia fue muy bueno, repetiría de nuevo. El único pero que le pongo es la cantidad de mosquitos que había en el jardín.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre) hatten in dem Appartement einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden von Frau Schaich herzlich empfangen und der Kontakt mit der Familie Schaich war sehr nett und funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Vor allem die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein Pluspunkt war auch die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Auch der Pool selbst war ein Highlight, vor allem für unsere Kinder. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

El alojamiento está una plana baja de una comunidad grande y con piscina. Está muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina que tiene muchos utensilios. El espacio para 4 personas es ideal, con mucha luz natural, con camas cómodas y grandes i una terraza privada que da al jardín comunitario. El Wifi nos ha funcionado muy bien y la comunicación con las personas responsables ha sido en todo momento muy buena.
