Perfect place for a stay in Zeeland

weekendje met vriendinnen

heel tof huis, goeie ligging in een mooi park. sauna was een pluspunt. lakens en handdoeken moeten zelf worden meegebracht maar kunnen ook gehuurd worden. In de keuken was voldoende voorzien om te starten, 1 handdoek, 1 afwasblokje... spijtig dat het huis niet echt warm te krijgen was beneden, wsch door de veranda. Het was wel een koud weekend wanneer we er waren. Communicatie met de eigenaar en feel good service verliep heel vlot. We zouden nog wel teruggaan.

Wir haben mit einer Freundesgruppe 3 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Alles lief reibungslos - sowohl die vorherige Kommunikation als auch die Absprache mit der Verwalterin vor Ort mit der Schlüsselübergabe und der Kaution. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Die Sauna und den Kamin konnten wir bei dem Wetter gut nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wochenende mit Freunden

Es war ein herrliches Wochenende, wozu das Haus sehr beigetragen hat. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Es hat einen großen Küchen-/Wohnbereich und zusätzlich den angrenzende Wintergarten mit einem großen Tisch, an dem wir alle gemütlich Frühstücken konnten. Auch abends war es herrlich dort zusammen zu sitzen. Das Haus hat 2 Badezimmer, jeweils mit Duche/Badewanne und Toilette, was ja mit mehreren Menschen auch immer sehr praktisch ist;). In einem Badezimmer ist eine Sauna integriert, was auch sehr fein war. Der Supermarkt und das Meer sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gegend um den Ort Browershaven ist sehr schön...viele kleine Örtchen, die zum Bummeln und Essen gehen einladen. Wer gerne an einem langen Strand spaziert, ist hier auch gut aufgehoben. Es war rundherum schön!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Dit huis is erg sfeervol ingericht met allerlei mooie accessoires. De serre en het overdekte terras geven je het echte buiten gevoel. Door de grote tuin heb je veel privacy. Verbeterpunt zou zijn het bieden van airco op de slaapkamers en meer ruimte voor toiletspullen in de badkamers. We hebben hier erg genoten. Het huis biedt echt meerwaarde boven de standaard vakantiehuisjes die je via een parkaanbieder huurt!

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist mit allen nötigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Die Schlüssel mussten in einem kleinen Nebenort aus einem Schließfach geholt werden, das verlief jedoch problemlos. Ein kleines Problem stellten jedoch die Erhöhungen zwischen den Türen dar, da wir mit Rollstuhlfahrern unterwegs waren. Ansonsten alles top. P

Lang weekend weg

Mooi huisje en lekker veel ruimte, prima bedden en keuken zeer goed uitgerust. De serre geeft een hoop licht en dat is fijn. Openhaard is fijn, niet te hoog stoken want dan gaat het brandalarm af.... Ligging is leuk, erg rustig en even lopen naar een dorp is er niet bij, dus fiets of auto bij de hand houden. Jammer dat de sauna niet goed werkte, bij aankomst wel op vrijdagavond maar zaterdag en zondag moest er een monteur aan te pas komen, en dan ben je eigenlijk 2 dagen dat je tot na de middag (15:00 uur) de sauna niet kan gebruiken, Zaterdag werd de sauna niet warmer dan 60 graden, zondag deed hij weer niks. Dus weer een monteur langs gekomen. Voor tijdelijk opgelost, maar ook hier na 14:00 uur. Al met al heel erg jammer als je een huis met een sauna boekt en die blijkt niet te werken. Goed contact en snelle reactie van de tussenpersoon, dat wel, dus daar niets op aan te merken, Buiten de huurprijs komt er een flinke som bij voor schoonmaken. Negentig euro, is een flink bedrag, en ik kan niet zeggen dat alles nou zo schoon was .

Es war schön

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Haus von Anette. Leider war die Sauna kaputt. Aber Anette hatte direkt Lösungsvorschläge und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet! Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Spaziergänge.

Lekker ruim huis, fijn ingericht

Een fijn, ruim huis, met 4 slaapkamers en twee badkamers., ook ruime tuin, met name in de zomer lekker. Het huis was goed geoutilleerd, en liefdevol en gezellig ingericht, leuk ook de serre om te eten! Wel vonden we de check-in en check-out data resp. wat laat en vroeg op de dag, en de prijs voor de schoonmaak wel erg hoog. Zo schoon was het huis ook niet. Ook was er voortdurend en zeer sterke geur vanuit de opens haard (die wij niet gebruikten). Maar all in all: een fijn en gezellig huis op en leuke plek in Zeeland, dichtbij Zierikzee en diverse stranden. Het park was ruim opgezet en leuk voor de kinderen qua voorzieningen.

schöner Silvesterurlaub in behaglicher Atmosphäre

Wir haben zu 5t das Haus gemietet, mit 2 Badezimmern und 4 Schlafzimmern auch durchaus groß genug. Die beschriebene Sauna hätte allerdings bei Nutzung eines der Badezimmer blockiert, deswegen wurde größtenteils auf dieses Extra verzichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht, insgesamt passte alles. Gerne wieder!

Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Glazen uitbouw voelde door vele raampartij en mindere isolatie wat kouwelijk aan. Huisje bevatte 2 natte ruimtes (Wc en douche) Echter alle twee op begane grond. Tweede WC op 1e verdieping zou meerwaarde geven.

Mostly good, some annoyances, and unexpected fees

The good: overall the house is nice, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable ample seating everywhere, big sunroom, functional fireplace, and comfortable beds. It even has a sauna. Everything is clean and in good repair. The surprises: Home is located in a vacation park, privately owned. Park is nice, but getting in is a nightmare since the fobs to open the gate are very finicky, causing back-ups at entry at busy times. At check-in we received the wrong house key from the local care taker, who lives 10 minutes away. To her credit she corrected the situation as fast as she could. There is NO bathroom on second floor. Both full bathrooms are on ground floor. No separate toilet in the house.The bad: An awful sewer smell in the street, around the house and even in the hallway and one bathroom. Extra fees: a week before arrival, owner informed me of extra fees to be paid on site to the local caretaker, in CASH: a cleaning fee and a damage deposit. (VRBO won't allow me to show amount). I already paid the mandatory $59 insurance at time of booking through VRBO, but was told by owner that was irrelevant, and these fees were clearly stated in the "FeWo Direct" (?) description. Could be. I wouldn't know since no mention of it on VRBO. Also, NO towels or bedsheets. They can be rented from caretaker or brought by guests. Lastly, there is no soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, cooking spices etc. VRBO's been informed of discrepancies in rental description.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt . Gut ausgestattete Küche, alles vorhanden. 2 Badezimmer, leider keine Toilette im 1.Stock. Ein toller Wintergarten mit großem Tisch und Stühlen. Es riecht manchmal unangenehm im Haus. Die Schlafzimmmer sind klein und eng.

Alles in alles ein schönes Haus mit allem dabei was man braucht. Leider ist der Fußweg zum Strand zu weit. Im Haus selbst war alles gut bis auf den Abfluss im zweiten Badezimmer, dieser roch unangenehm. Auch das Haus an sich könnte steril gereinigt werden do dass es nicht nach Alt riecht, z.B Betten Sofa etc.
