This beautiful house is located in the municipality of Grand Village-Plage on the Ile d'Oleron. It is 1200 metres from the nearest beach, Allassins beach, which is accessible via the Trillou pass. The nearest cycle path is 400 metres away. You therefore have the choice of being active or relaxing on the beach.
Royan and the zoo of La Palmyre are 30 minutes away by car, the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle are about 1 hour's drive away and are also well worth exploring.
