Cosy, comfortable terraced house. 1 km from the centre of San Teodoro, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Motor access to 10 m from the house. Public parking 20 m on the road. Grocery, supermarket, bar 600 m, sandy beach "Cala d'Ambra" 2 km. Nearby attractions: La Cinta beach 2.3 km, Cala Brandinchi 10 km, Budoni 11 km, Posada 22 km, Olbia 28 km. Please note: car recommended.

Walk-through room with 1 double bed. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Shower/bidet/WC.
