Wonderful house!

This was our second time in Marco and this house made it a great vacation! House is in a great location, central to pretty much everything. House is beautiful and fully stocked. Furniture is very comfy. Just can't say enough about this place. Thanks so much!

Everything we hoped for.

Beautiful well-kept spotless property. Every item for a wonderful vacation included. Only thing that at the property was missing was a blender and when we notified the property manager one was shipped to us via Amazon the next day. We are beyond impressed and will definitely be visiting again.

Very Nice Property

Great property. Very well kept and clean. House has everything you need including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. My wife and I stayed for a week and had a great time, rented a boat for a few days. The dock is perfect. Father in law stayed for a few days and my parents were able to stop by and enjoy the pool as well, which was also nice and warm. Maintains a perfect temp all day and even for night swimming. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very Pleased

The house was very clean. Loved the heated pool and gas fire pit on patio by the dock. We were very impressed with the beach gear and bikes in the garage. Beds were comfortable. We rented a boat from Dolphin Cove and it was so nice to have a place to dock the boat. My kids were in heaven all week. I highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to come back!

Paradise on the Canal

The best thing about our Marco trip was the awesome house and pool. Super comfy, spotlessly clean and well-equipped! I had one question on arrival and was able to reach them right away at nearly 10 PM on a Friday night. Beautiful sunsets out back. We felt very lucky to have booked this home.

Beautiful view, perfect for families

Beautiful and well kept home in quiet neighborhood on the canal in Marco island. We stayed for spring break with my family ages ranging from 70 - 7 years old and this was a perfect set up for all. The home is very comfortable and the outdoor spaces between the lanai, pool, and patio by the canal were fantastic. Also very easy access to everything from beaches to food that Marco has to offer.

Quiet Family Time

We spent one week in this home with our adult children. The check in process went seamlessly and Doris met us shortly after we arrived. She made us aware of some minor plumbing issues that had recently been discovered. Since it was a weekend, she explained that a plumber would be on-site on Monday to address the matter. This indeed happened as planned. During our stay, I had several questions about the home and Doris always promptly responded to me texts and phone calls. She was a real pleasure to work with. The home's location on a canal is very nice. The neighbors are very close, but the neighborhood is quiet. If you plan on going to the beach, be prepared for parking difficulties. You can find parking at Tigertail Beach, but be prepared for a long walk to the seashore. Other public beach access points exist, but good luck finding parking. I suggest renting bicycles and riding them to the beach. The home is an easy bike ride to the nearest access point. The home was well equipped, and we had access to pool/beach toys, and beach chairs. However, we spent most of our outdoor time at/in the pool. There are plenty of things to do in the area. We visited Naples and the Everglades. If the opportunity presents itself, we will visit again. Thank-you for a wonderful week.

Amazing Retreat

As property owners ourselves, we are quite educated on how rentals operate and to our surprise, this Villa exceeded our expectations. Not only did the pictures accurately depict the property, the kitchen and pool amenities were far beyond anything we have experienced. Many home cooked meals and lunches by the pool were had, kids were able to hook up their gaming systems to the TVs while we adults had cocktails by the canal watching boats go by. We could go on and on, but you really have to experience it for yourselves! Book it, go and enjoy! Thank you Villa Happy Place!
