Shop, restaurant 300 m, bar 250 m. Golf course 18 km, tennis 750 m, gondola lift 600 m, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski-kindergarten 550 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallees 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car), garage (1 car), height 206 cm. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Carnotzet at your disposal. (This is a small cellar where wine is usually stored and enjoyed with friends, in Valais it is also a room where you can eat raclette).
