House Burin (89491-K1) - Lavdara

The holiday house with three bedrooms, for up to 6 people, is part of a semi-detached house and is located on the islet of Lavdara, which is located right next to the island of Sali. Lavdara is not connected by ferry lines either to the mainland or to other islands, so both the island and the house itself are therefore inaccessible for personal vehicles! You leave your vehicle (one per group) at the free parking lot in Salim. Private transfer by boat between the parking place and the house once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay is free of charge. Delivery of groceries is organized according to agreement with the owners at an additional cost. All rooms are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove with two burners and no oven, a sofa for two people. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and toilet. The shower is located in the yard and has a "black boiler" in which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. There is a double bed in the bedroom. Bed linen and towels are prepared for the guests. Fresh bed linen is delivered once a week. A table and chairs are furnished on the terrace, and there is also a barbecue in the yard. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. The fresh water tank has a volume of 18,000 l. Considering that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. The 220V electricity is solar-powered - we ask our valued guests not to bring or use any electrical devices other than those already in the house, except battery chargers. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your regular home charger. Renting a motor boat is possible, with an extra charge of 40 euros and upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid license for a boat operator in Croatia.
