In the district of Hinterthal 3 km from the centre of Hinterthal, 7 km from the centre of Maria Alm, 14 km from the centre of Saalfelden, in a sunny, elevated position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km. Skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 250 m, cross country ski track 10 m. ,Hochkönig Card included in summer.

Upper floor: open large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Wonderful Ski chalet
This is an amazing place to stay for a ski vacation! Really nice pistes only a short walk away and beautiful scenery. the place is very well equipped and cozy.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten mit 2 Familien ein sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Die Vermieterin und der Hausmeisterservice haben uns hervorragend bei der Beantragung der Touristenkarte unterstützt.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Für unsere Personenzahl optimal aufgeteilt. Leider wurde uns keine Gästekarte übergeben. Die Haus war am ersten Tag sehr kalt, die Heizung wurde wohl erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft eingeschaltet, das Warmwasser funktionierte erst am Abend. Sonst war alles sehr schön.
