First Visit to Ortesei
We have mixed feelings on this rental. Overall, it was comfortable for 4 adults, conveniently located to grocery stores, central Ortesei, the lifts and restaurants. Check in was a bit difficult due to communication challenges with the apartment contact. There are two nice bedrooms suitable for adult couples, One bathroom is very nice. The other quite small so a bit challenging to maneuver in. The kitchen is actually quite basic - with a stove top but no oven, microwave or dishwasher. There is a small fridge but not freezer. We were given a toaster on request. There is a nice deck that we used for every dinner (we enjoyed warm temperatures while there) but no bbq that we had expected with apartment write up. The owners/ manager could help guests by providing some pamphlets on the town and local area describing the location of key services and also some basic supplies like 1 day of coffee to help guests get settled. It is a gorgeous area and we enjoyed our stay but there is room for some improvements.
