40 km north of Kolari, near the services of the village of Äkäslompolo in the Kaupinjärvi area, a semi-detached apartment 60m². Äkäslompolojärvi 1.5km, Pikku-Kaupinjärvi 500m, Iso-Kaupinjärvi 1.2km, beach 3km.
Downstairs kitchen, living room, bedroom (double bed), bathroom (electric sauna + shower + toilet).
Upstairs loft (17m²) 4 separate beds and another toilet with washing machine. The loft also has a living room with a TV and a balcony. Stylish semi-detached apartment in Äkäslompolo village, Kaupinjärvi area. The location of the apartment is in a quiet area. Terraces on both sides of the apartment, view of nature from the back terrace. Storage in the carport with a ski maintenance table and equipment drying cabinet.
Slides, snowshoes and kick sledges are available for customers.
The price includes final cleaning, linen can be rented. No pets.
