For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (19 x 9 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: fitness room, lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1 km, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 450 m, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 50 m, swimming bay 200 m.
