Leider starker Rauchgeruch

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gut angetroffen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Die Wohnung sieht gut aus. Aber: Im Erdgeschoss wohnen die Vermieter. Hier rauchen sie auch. Wir haben bereits im Hausflur einen starken Rauchgeruch wahrgenommen. Leider ist das Schlafzimmer nur über eine festverschlossene Zimmertür von besagtem Hausflur getrennt. Dadurch ist der Rauch massiv in unser Schlafzimmer gezogen. Es war so schlimm, dass wir nach einem Schwimmbadbesuch bereits unseren Spint vor dem Öffnen gerochen haben. Die Verwaltung war sehr kulant und freundlich und hat uns eine Alternative organisiert. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen, so lange nicht 1. Die Schlafzimmertür zum Hausflur zugemauert wird 2. Die Wohnungstür durch eine sehr dichte echte Wohnungstür ersetzt wird.

Raucherhaushalt

Lage und Einrichtung sind gut, Sauberkeit passabel. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haus; die Dame des Hauses war sehr unfreundlich. Aufgrund eines (wohl) Missverständnisses bei der Buchung gab es zuerst keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher; sie hielt uns dann auf der Treppe an mit einem vorwurfsvollen „Ich kriege dann noch Geld von Ihnen“. Hätte man auch nett machen können. Die Wohnung selbst scheint eine Nichtraucherwohnung zu sein; allerdings herrscht im Hausflur leider ein starker Rauchgeruch, der auch in die Wohnung zieht, v.a. ins Schlafzimmer. Das war vorher leider nirgends ersichtlich, sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Unterm Strich ok, wiederkommen werden wir nicht.
