Great apartment.
Staying at this property during my visit to Bavaria, Germany was a delightful experience! Choosing Augsburg as my "headquarters" turned out to be a great decision, thanks to its rich history and central location. Despite my spontaneous approach to planning, I found myself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the 3rd largest town in Germany, surrounded by centuries of fascinating stories. Situated within walking distance of a grocery store, the old-town center, and captivating attractions like the Textile Museum, and the Fuggerei, it offered easy access to Augsburg's treasures. Although I missed out on the Puppenkiste show due to its Monday closure, I found solace in the nearby "forest" where the Augsburg Eiskanal provided a thrilling spectacle of Olympic canoeing prowess—a delightful diversion from the hustle and bustle. I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonja, the super host who enriched my stay with her warmth and helpfulness. Her introduction to the area's charms was invaluable, and her attentiv
