Estivemos neste imóvel em outubro de 2019 e o imóvel é conforme descrito. Limpo, organizado, disponibiliza roupa de cama e toalhas. Condomínio com piscina, quiosque/restaurante, academia, salão de jogos. Realmente excelente!

Me senti enganado e ainda o filho da dona me liga cobrado 330 reais que não estava no contrato

Gostei muito da vila o ap é pequeno,porém confortável,mais a vila não estava no mesma localização que está no site e eu só aluguei porque achei que era no local da localização e como não conhecia eu fechei contrato e chegando lá não era nada do que eu esperava, gastei horrores com Uber para ir à praia , mercado, shopping... eu pegava Uber 4 vezes por dia ! Mais já estou entrando com processo junto ao procon para fazermos um acordo e ser ressarcido com o que gastei com Uber ! Desde já muito obrigado!

Excelente Imóvel, bem arejado, limpo e confortável. Vista maravilhosa do condomínio. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários, Heloisa e Ricardo, foram muito prestativos e atenciosos.
