Wer kein Wert auf Luxus legt und nur etwas zum Übernachten sucht ist hier richtig.Allerdings lief der Kontakt vollkommen problemlos ab

sehr schöne Wohnung, gerne wieder!
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchen, besonders gut fanden wir das schnelle Internet und die Streaming Kanäle am Fernseher (Netflix und co.)! Auch den schönen Blick ins Tal aus dem Küchenfenster haben wir sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Absolute Empfehlubg, wir kommen wieder!

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Kein Luxus, aber den haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man brauchte. Der Außenbereich befindet sich aktuell im Bau, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und der Zugang zum Wald liegt tatsächlich direkt neben dem Haus. Wir kommen gern wieder 👍

Preis-Leistung passt nicht
Wenn man schon ankommt und als erstes fällt einem das zerschlagene Fenster oben im First auf. Dann der Außenbereich, der selbst im August noch kein einziges Mal in diesem Jahr einen Mäher o.ä gesehen hat. Schutt, Dreck, ein Starkstromladekabel quer über den Hauseingang mitten im Regen. Dann folgte der Treppenaufgang mir wirklich extremem Zigarettengeruch. Die Zimmer selbst waren alle sauber, auch die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren völlig in Ordnung. Ebenfalls war die Dame die uns empfing wirklich sehr freundlich. Man kann so eine Wohnung schon vermieten, aber wenn man einen derart niedrigen Standard bei allem anbieten, muss sich das auch im Preis widerspiegeln. Wir waren 5 Personen und es gab nur ein echtes Doppelbett. Die Umklappcouch war nur für ein Kind nutzbar, da der Mittelholm derart hart war, das man mit 50kg schon durchlag. Dann hatten wir noch ein Feldbett, wieder in aller einfachster Ausführung mit 1,80m Länge. Zu guter Letzt gab es dann noch eine Klappmatratze, wieder in der billigsten aller Ausführen, die blank auf den Boden zu legen war. Keine Zentralheizung nur zwei Elektroheizkörper für alle Zimmer. Duschwanne mit größerer Macke usw. usw. Als günstige Monteurswohnung, oder als wirklich einfache, günstige "Bleibe" für zwei kann das schon passen, aber zu dem von uns verlangten Preis + mit 5 Personen kann ich nur in aller Deutlichkeit abraten.
