This delightful townhouse is situated in the historical centre of Pollença, close to the main square. It is a peaceful retreat, perfect for those who want to relax yet still be within a short walk of shops, cafe bars and restaurants. The townhouse has been refurbished to a high standard, and has been decorated with great attention to detail. There is a spacious courtyard where you can sit and relax in the shade or enjoy meals. The top floor is an independent loft apartment with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living/dining room and kitchen. The fantastic roof terrace allows you to enjoy your summer holiday outdoors.
You have private parking in the Plaça Munnares garage, which is only a two-minute walk from the apartment.
Just a few minutes’ drive away, you will find beautiful sandy beaches with fabulous mountain scenery. There is also windsurfing, diving, golf, cycling and excellent horse riding nearby.

We had a great stay at Martina's townhouse which is perfectly located at the heart of Pollenca old town. We occupied the top flat which is ideal for a couple. Workation works well. We really appreciated the outdoor spaces, the really good equipped kitchen which has all the appliances needed. The flat was very clean and well maintained. I can only recommend strongly!

We really enjoyed our stay in Martina’s apartment! Beautiful Mallorcan atmosphere, high end feeling and perfect location with plaza major and restaurants and shops just around the corner. We had a few days with high temperatures and the AC inside saved us in evenings and nights. (We also got to experience a major thunderstorm which was cool to see over the rooftops of Pollenca.) The communication with Martina was good, she answered quickly on our questions and requests and did what she could do to help from abroad. An apartment that made our stay in Pollenca unfortgettable!

A stress free experience with Martina on call for any questions

If you are looking to stay in Pollença old town then this apartment is ideal. A few seconds from the Placa Major with the added bonus of the terrace which gets sun most of the day and the plunge pool. The attic apartment is a nice balance of traditional and modern. The rest of the apartment is more typical Spanish townhouse. The parking spot is useful given parking can be tricky in town and is easy to access from the main road although note the space is best suited to a small /medium car.

Außergewöhnliches Wohlfühl-Appartement, mitten in der Stadt und doch privat. Defekter Kühlschrank wurde in Rekordzeit ausgewechselt. Sehr kuscheliger place-to-be. Jederzeit wieder. Location und Host.

Rien à dire ! Super sympa ! La maison est proche de la place avec pleins de restaurants aux alentours. Un peu difficile à trouver au début mais Marina nous a aidé avec un petit schéma pour nous repérer. Le parking se trouve à 5 min de la maison. Nous avons adoré, la cuisine est très bien équipée. La Terasse est super sympa bien au calme. La salle de bain est top avec une douche à l’italienne ! Franchement si vous voulez un endroit calme et faire le tour de l’île en voiture c’est ici que ça se passe !
