Flooded with Light is amazing
The property is beautiful. Well Equipped and private. The pool area is great and perfect to cool down when it’s hot Ute is a helpful and respectful host who gave us some really good advice on things to visit and places to go Would highly recommend this place for a couple or young family who don’t mind getting in the car to go to things in the area Thanks Ute!!!

Ruhe und Entspannung pur
Wunderschön gelegen und die Ruhe pur! Von der großzügigen Terrasse, fast rund ums Haus, hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf grüne Hänge, Weinberg und natürlich den Atlantik. Von morgens bis abends finden sich sonnige und schattige Eckchen für das Sonnenbaden auf der Liege. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist hervorragend, gemütliche Couch und Sessel zum Entspannen, das getrennte Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichen Betten und herrlichem Ausblick in die Natur. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was zum Kochen oder Backen benötigt. Ute hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und umfassend betreut. Sie gibt Ausflugstipps und auch die gastronomischen Empfehlungen der umliegenden Restaurants (in Patria, Conil und Vejer) sind erster Güte. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen
Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Roja hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren begeistert vom Klima, der Umgebung und dem Atlantik. Am Haus haben wir die Ruhe, den wundervollen Weitblick, die Abgeschiedenheit und natürlich den leckeren Wein sehr genossen. Nach nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, erreichte man die wunderschönen Strände der Costa de la luz. Conil und Vejer sind zwei tolle Städtchen mit Charm. Ute ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie war jeder Zeit erreichbar und kümmerte sich schnell um Probleme oder Anliegen. Die Empfehlungen von Ute waren alle Klasse. Besonders toll und interessant fanden wir die Führung durch Ute's Bodega. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub, den wir mit Sicherheit nochmal wiederholen werden.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus, es ist alles da, was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es war sehr ruhig, die Aussicht traumhaft. Leider ist eine Woche zu kurz um alles Wichtige in der Umgebung anzuschauen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Vejer und Umgebung
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Utes Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps waren sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die kleine, aber sehr feine Poolanlage, hat uns nach den Ausflügen Entspannung verschafft.

Great location; fantastic views
The property is situated midway between two small interesting towns, Vejer and Conil de la Frontera. There are many good restaurants within a short drive - Ute will give recommendations. The long sandy coast is also within a short drive. Both Cadiz and Jerez are easily accessible for day trips and many other places of interest along the coast are also accessible. Casa Roja is light and bright with large windows looking out to the stunning views. The property is well equipped and comfortable, with attractive decorations. There are attractive sunny sitting areas outside for both morning and evening. Minor items: the electric hob/oven is not very effective - elements take a long time to heat food. There were also a few lights not working.

Schönes Haus und Erholung pur!
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca Casa Roja verbracht. Konnten hier mal so richtig entspannen und Stress und Hetze hinter uns lassen. Dabei stand die Reise wegen Corona schon fast vor dem Aus. Vielen Dank nochmal an dich Ute, dass wir diese verschieben durften. Wir hatten große Erwartungen an unseren 1. Finca-Urlaub und sind absolut nicht enttäuscht worden. Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, ruhig gelegen, schöne Aussicht, tolle Terrasse, gute Matratzen und eine kleine, aber toll angelegter Poollandschaft. Ute war sehr nett und hat uns zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Nicht zu vergessen wäre noch der in der eigenen Bodega hergestellte Wein. Dieser ist ein Genuss vom Feinsten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Zudem gibt es in Andalusien noch so viel schönes zu entdecken. Andrea & Stefan

Ein Geheimtipp für Ruhesuchende
Das Haus, die Einrichtung, die Aussicht, der Hammer! Mir fehlte es an nichts, obwohl ich gerade während der Ausgangssperre wegen dem Corona Virus hier war. Ute kümmerte sich sehr gut um mich und ich fühlte mich hier besonders wohl und sicher aufgehoben. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil nur empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit weitem Blick zum Meer, mitten in der Landschaft und weg von Tourismus und Stadtlärm. Wir waren sehr glücklich in diesem Haus mit 2 Terrassen und kleinen Erfrischungs-Pools. Die Besitzerin ist freundlich und hilfreich, gibt Tipps zum Restaurante und Ausflüge und zu den besten Supermärkte. Hier kann man sich wieder auftanken!

Wunderbar gelegen in ebenso wunderbarer Umgebung mitten im Weinanbau. Wer Ruhe und eine entspannte Atmosphäre abseits des großen Tourismus schätzen kann, der ist hier absolut richtig. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch. Allerdings muss man auf Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler verzichten können, was für meine Frau und mich kein Problem war.

Wenn man Ute, die Besitzerin kennenlernt ist es als würde man sich lange kennen. Eine tolle Frau die einem am Anfang gute Tipps gibt. Die Unterkunft mit dem Ausblick ist ein Traum wenn man Ruhe liebt. Den Pool hatten wir immer für uns alleine weil nur wenige Urlauber gleichzeitig vor Ort sind. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. Von dort ist man schnell in Conill und an den Stränden. Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Danke Ute!
