very quiet, with all amenities, rural location, very easy to reach.
The large house has a living area of 90 sqm.
It has two bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed; there is also a travel cot available), a dining room, a living room with large satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave, new bathroom with shower, bidet and wash basin and a separate toilet. The covered terrace is glazed on three sides. In this conservatory there is another kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and sink. Around the house leads a large terrace. The land around the house (about 2000 m²) is fenced. Is the total land size 25. 000 m².Es is a large and a small pool that can be used by the tenants of both houses. The large gas grill and two charcoal grills are also available to all guests. Between large and small house a privacy fence for privacy provides.
On the property in the stable living our two cats, Max and Moritz, so dogs are not allowed.
