Hervorragende Lage

Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet… Vor allem die Küche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin hat sich gekümmert und uns sofort einen fehlenden Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt. In unserer Wohnung gab es zwei Bäder, das ist eine super Lösung, weil sowohl Badewanne als auch Duschkabine vorhanden waren. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Handtücher waren sehr hochwertig Wir kommen gerne wieder..

Best view of Ortisei

The Martina apartment is even better than it looks online. It has a quaint adorable feel to it. I greatly appreciated how clean and well equipped it was. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The balconies have the most incredible views. This apartment is situated on the highest point so you can see the city below and you are immersed within the mountains. Martina and her daughter were very kind and welcoming. You can tell they really care about making your stay enjoyable. The location works well for visiting all the main sites. We visited Lago di Braise, Tre Cime (but Tre Cime was closed), and Alpe di Siusi. I would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Skiwoche mit Ausblick

Die Lage ganz oben am Waldrand garantiert einen genialen Blick auf Sellastock und Langkofel. Nachmittags am längsten Sonne im ganzen Ort. Zwei gleichwertige Schlafzimmer lassen keine Diskussionen in der Familie aufkommen:-) Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (ja, auch WLAN für die Kids). Tiefgarage ist großräumig und direkt am Parkplatz Skischrank mit Schuhwärmer-perfekt. Skibus-Halt direkt am Haus! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, auskunftsbereit und organisiert, kurz-hier kann man eine schöne Zeit verbringen!

Ottima sistemazione in paese, del tutto indipendente, in posizione bordo bosco panoramica e silenziosa al termine di via senza uscita, con garage riservato e giardino interno. Appartamento ben tenuto, luminoso e perfettamente attrezzato con magnifica vista dalle vetrate e dai terrazzi su Sella e Sassolungo. Accoglienza impeccabile della gentilissima proprietaria.

L’appartamento di Martina corrisponde alle foto pubblicate. Si trova nella parte alta si Ortisei e questo fa sì che condizioni meteo permettendo si ha il sole dal mattino fino alla sera. Abbastanza distante dal centro del paese ma sotto casa c’è la fermata del bus. L’appartamento ha un suo ingresso indipendente e questo evita il contatto con altre persone. Martina è stata sempre disponibile e ci ha dato tutta l’assistenza necessaria. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet; dazu kommen die beiden Balkone mit wunderbarer Sicht ins Tal auf St. Ulrich bzw. die dahinter liegenden Berge. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Appartement in St. Ulrich

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in St. Ulrich verbracht. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Lage sehr ruhig am Ortsrand. Toller Ausblick auf den Langfofel und die Sella-Gruppe von Wohnzimmer/Küche aus. Kostenlose Bustickets und verschiedene Prospejte zu lokalen Veranstaltungen etc. wurden bei der Übernahme überreicht. Toller und sehr freundlicher Service. Wir werden wiederkommen.
