For shared use: large, beautiful garden (fenced) with plants and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. 1 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, ferry "Porto Santo Stefano" 2 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 6 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Ercole 13 km, Orbetello 15 km, Porto Ercole 12 km, Talamone 26 km, Capalbio 37 km, Grosseto 45 km. Hiking paths: Parco Regionale della Maremma 38 km.
