Gute Unterkunft in Stinjan
Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zusätzlich wurden wir von der Gastgeberin mit Köstlichkeiten versorgt. Danke dafür! Zum Strand sind es ca. 15-20min zu Fuß.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben uns in der schönen und großen Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Nives und ihre Familie sind alle sehr freundlich, super Gastgeber! Danke für die leckeren Kuchen :) Zwei der drei Balkone bieten eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. In der Wohnung haben wir alles gefunden, was gebraucht wurde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Einfach super, Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, nur weiter zu empfehlen. Hat uns mit nationalen Speisen verwöhnt. Weg zum Strand 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. 2 min mit Auto.

Super schöner Urlaub
Für unsere Familienkonstellation war die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Sie ist nicht die modernste, aber es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und alles war sauber. Vom Balkon kann man über die Dächer das Meer sehen. Der Kontakt zur Familie war toll. Für den Preis haben wir nirgendwo sonst einen Fewo mit 6 Schlafplätzen gefunden. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub 🥰

Fijne vakantie
Wij hebben 2 weken vakantie gehad in het huisje en we hebben het heel fijn gehad! De gastvrouw stond ons al op te wachten toen wij kwamen met koffie en drinken voor de kids en wat lekkers. Ze heeft ons een rondleiding door het huis gegeven en alles uitgelegd waar vragen waren en over het plaatsje zelf. We waren van alle gemakken voorzien! Ook tijdens de vakantie kwam ze een praatje maken en kijken of we wat nodig hadden. Het is zeker een aanrader om te gaan!

Gepflegtes Objekt, tolle Vermieterin
Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes Appartement und eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wurden sogar mit Kuchen begrüßt und bekamen während unseres Aufenthaltes noch zwei weitere Male selbstgebackene Leckereien. Und das, trotz dass wir 6 Personen waren. Wir können dieses Objekt jedem wärmstens empfehlen 😊

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Gastgeberin
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für den Zweck und die Gastgeberin war sehr ansprechbar, freundlich und nett. Die Lage ist großartig, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und ist auch friedlich und ruhig. Ich würde dort wieder bleiben, wenn in der Gegend.

Lovely apartment
We stayed at this apartment for Outlook Festival. The apartment has three balconies, sea views and is quite spacious. The owners (live downstairs in separate apartment) were very friendly, allowed an earlier check in and had made us coffee and cakes on arrival - halfway through our stay the hosts made us crepes, very thoughtful. There’s ample cooking equipment in the kitchen and the apartment has everything you need and expect for a holiday. A great Croatian apartment.

Urlaub In Istra
Die Unterkunft war geräumig und Sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wege zum Einkauf und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.Der Strand war zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 Min entfernt. Bäcker und ein kleinerer Laden sind in unmittelbarer nähe.

casa con tre camere doppie, sala cucina e bagno, balconi per stendere, lavatrice ed asciugatrice a disposizione. mare vicino e vicino a punti interessanti . panificio e supermercato vicini. grossi supermercati a Pola che è a poca distanza in auto. mare bello con doppie spiaggie sia libere che tramite camping vicino. consiglio.

Gute Unterkunft, erholsamer Urlaub!
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Die Wohnung hat für uns genug Platz geboten. In einem Zimmer konnte man sogar gut ein Reisebett aufstellen. Ein Nachteil bzgl. des Wohnungsaufbaus gibt es: ein Doppelbettzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, dies ist auf den Bildern leider nicht ersichtlich. Hat uns jedoch wenig gestört. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. In der Küche eher ausreichend (z.B. nur 5 Frühstücksmesser). Die Ortschaft ist gross, jedoch hat für Touristen eher wenig bis sehr wenig zu bieten. Für gemütliche Spaziergänge am Abend reicht es aus. Fischen geht gut. Ansonsten braucht man unbedingt ein Auto -oder Bus fahren- um irgendwo hin zu kommen, sprich grosses Einkaufen, Ausflüge usw. In der Ortschaft gibt es kleine Minimärke und Bäckereien. Es gibt eine? (diese haben wir zufällig gefunden) schöne Bucht. Ansonsten Steinstrand - wofür Kroatien bekannt ist - welcher neu angelegt wurde, sich aber noch im Aufbau befindet. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr nett. Bei Fragen und Anliegen waren sie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vermieterin spricht ausreichend Deutsch, fliessend Italienisch und mit russisch kommt man auch voran. Der Sohn spricht sehr gut englisch. Mit der Kommunikation hatten wir deshalb keine Probleme. Im Grossen und Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft.

Perfekt für Familie mit fünf Personen
Fanden mit Hilfe des GPS sofort zum Domizil. Fanden saubere Räume vor, davon drei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten. Der Balkon war speziell am Abend hervorragend. Fuhren, trotz weniger Minuten zum Strand, lieber mit dem Auto. Strand ist O.K. Gibt mehrere verschiedene Plätz zum Baden. Wohnung hat leider in der Küche rund um den Tisch nur Platz für vier Personen. Auch die zwei kleinen runden Tische für den Balkon waren gerade noch so ausreichend, um Teller, Besteck, Gläser, usw für fünf Personen unterzubringen. Wäre ein größerer Tisch wünschenswert. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett! Die Vermieterin sprach ausreichend deutsch und verwöhnte uns mit selbstgebackenen Mehlspeisen. Fühlten uns sehr wohl!
