Schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir waren etwa eine Woche zu Gast bei der Familie Gargitter! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und den Aufenthalt genossen! Im benachbarten Ort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen mit allem Notwendigen.

Hervorragender, unvergesslicher Urlaub
Ich gebe gerne 10 Sterne für diesen Unterkunft! Sehr ruhiger Unrekunft, man merkt überhaupt nicht, dass es ein Bauernhof ist! Toller Garten, Wiese, Wald! Sehr saubere, voll ausgestattete ,gemütliche Wohnung! Gastgeber sind sehr nette, freundliche Leute! Die Besitzerin hat ein tolles Gästebuch mit Famieliengeschichten und Geschichte von Region gestaltet, sowas gibt es sehr selten. Großes Respekt! Ort und Umgebung- ausgezeichnet! Es gibt viele Wandernmöglichkeiten, auch für die kleine Kinder geeignete! Wer schoppen möchte, hat auch die Gelegenheit in den näheren Städte zum Bumeln, und auch die unretschiedliche Museen zu besuchen. Man glaubt nicht, wie schnell in dieser Atmosphäre die Zeit vergeht. Wir haben es genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir wünschen der Famielie Gargitter alles Bestens! Wir waren im Sommer in diesem Ort, aber denken wir in anderen Jahreszeiten ist hier genauso wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen, herzlichen Dank!

Der Hof der Familie Gargitter liegt am Ende von Eggen in mitten traumhafter Natur. Die Lage des wunderschönen Appartments, das in liebevoller Arbeit hergerichtet wurde, war für uns optimal mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von hier haben wir innerhalb von 3 Wochen die nähere Umgebung zu Fuß erkundet. Es ist nicht weit nach Obereggen und den dortigen Bergbahnen, zu Fuß lässt es sich ebenfalls von einem Wanderparkplatz gut zum Karersee gehen. Bozen liegt in 30 min Autoweite. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lädt zum Verweilen und Erholen oder zum Kochen eines leckeren Gerichts ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Entspannung, Natur, wandern = Thaler Hof in Eggen
Wir waren 2 Wochen zu Gast im Thaler Hof. Für uns war es ideal für Ausflüge (Bozen, Meran), wandern (Dolomiten) und um die Natur zu genießen. Eggen ist nicht zu stark vom Tourismus geprägt daher ist es angenehm entspannt und ruhig. Familie Gargitter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Der Bauernhof der Familie Gargitter liegt wunderbar ruhig im Südtiroler Eggental - morgens grüßen Rehe, Enten und Gänse. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit zwei Balkonen, von denen man perfekt den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche Skigebiete sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Goldener Herbst im Thalerhof
Wir haben uns in der gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich begrüßt und uns mit einem täglichen Brötchenservice verwöhnt. Der Bauernhof ist sehr gut gelegen um das Rosengarten- und Latemargebiet sowie die Region Bozen zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

wunderbarer Familienurlaub in den Bergen
Der Thalerhof ist ein wunderbares Feriendomizil abseits der großen Touristenströme beinahe mitten im Wald. Familie Gargitter ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um ihre Gäste, einschließlich Brötchen-Service, frischen Eiern und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung bietet einen schönen Blick über die Berge und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Durch die Aufteilung der Räume ist die Ferienwohnung auch gut für einen Urlaub mit einem oder zwei Kindern geeignet. Der Ort Eggen ist trotz der Lage im Wald zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 min.) und bietet einen kleinen Laden, der das Wichtigste hat und auch einige Restaurants, so dass man sich gut versorgen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt jeden Tag genossen. Lars M.

moderner, gemütlicher Bauernhof mit Familienatmosphäre
Frisch renovierte Wohnungen, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Direkt auf dem Bauernhof. Wer mit Hühner- und Entengeschnatter sowie Kuhgeläut (-geruch) und ähnliches nichts anfangen kann ist hier falsch. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die sehr ruhigeLage ist etwas ab vom Schuss. Zum Ortskern (Gaststätten) geht man gut 20 Min., dies fanden wir sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank an Patrizia und Erwin für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Regina & Marc

Herbsturlaub auf dem Thalerhof
Wir (Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern - 3 und 1 Jahr alt) verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub auf dem Thalerhof. Die Wohnungen erfüllen mindestens das, was sie auf den Bildern versprechen: sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr schön eingerichtet, toller Brötchen- und Eierservice und für Kinder unschlagbar tolle Fenster auf Bodenhöhe (während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde am Thalerhof gebaut und unsere beiden Zwerge haben jede Minute die Aussicht aus diesen Fenstern genossen :)). Auch die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Gargitter hat wesentlich zum Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Der Thalerhof liegt sehr schön und mit einem tollen Blick. Auch sämtliche Ausflugsziele sind gut und in überschaubaren Zeiten zu erreichen (allerdings sind im Winter auf alle Fälle Schneeketten zu empfehlen). Wir können den Hof nur weiterempfehlen!

Lovely rural apartment on a quiet country lane
On narrow rural lane about 1 km outside the charming village of Ega, lies the lovely Villa Thaler. The owners live on the bottom floor and on the upper level are two apartments. Ours was bright, modern and very well equipped with lots of personal touches and everything you might need (including a dishwasher!). The bathroom was fresh and very modern, and the bedrooms were of good size. Well actually it was more like one giant bedroom, with a wide opening in the wall between two sleeping areas, one with a double bed, the other with a double bunk (which our boys loved). There was no living room as such - it sorted of melted into the kitchen/dining area (it did have a sofa though). This I would say is the only downside of the apartment. Leading off this room is a small but gorgeous and sunny balcony overlooking the garden, and the grassy hillside and forests dropping down into the valley below, with views to snow-capped mountains down the valley. My wife and I spent many lazy evenings reading and drinking wine on this balcony after our boys went to bed. There is no washing machine, but there is good WiFi - using Google you will discover 3 laundromats in the centre of Bolzano. We used ECOmatic Lavanderia Self Service Laundry (Via Antonio Rosmini 39) with the largest and fastest washing machines and driers I have ever encountered (the washer even inserts its own washing powder and fabric conditioner - you needn't supply this)! We really enjoyed staying in this apartment, and the walk into the village is very pretty. A great little restaurant and pub awaits there (with the nicest waiter I have ever met!), and there is a fantastic little shop with a really good deli counter and fresh bread daily (which opens at 7 am). The village is wonderfully positioned to explore the nearby Dolomites and Bolzano. You are really in the middle of everything here, but you would never think so sitting on the balcony! This is well recommended for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 pre-teens like us. It is also very well priced considering the quality. Beware though - the owners only speak German (and possibly Italian), but they are immensely friendly and helpful when/if needed. Highly recommended!

Lovely, comfortable clean apartment, excellent view. Communication with host was extremely poor.
We had a very enjoyable stay in Eggen which is a beautiful location, well placed for both high and low level walking. The city of Bolzano is well worth a visit.The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was excellent. However, the host was away for the week and had left her teenage son in charge. He was extremely pleasant but spoke only German and therefore was unable to communicate with us. We could not get queries answered and found this frustrating. We tried to phone the host when we arrived in the village, as per instructions, to meet us and show us to the farmhouse but got a text back saying she was in the cinema. She made no effort to contact us at any time. The road from the village to the farmhouse was closed during the week of our stay due to workmen laying fibre optic cables. There was a notice in the foyer informing guests of this but it was in German, no effort was made to provide information in English for guests. I believe that the majority of guests are German speaking and have no problems but if the host wants to attract English speaking guests she needs consider their communication needs.

schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche in den Dolomiten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist Alles vorhanden was man benötigt und nicht zuletzt die tolle Lage mit der schönen Aussicht hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern zu Kaffe und Kuchen eingeladen, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf diesem Weg noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Heike und Udo

Super Skiurlaub in bester Umgebung
Die Wohnung Lavendel ist schön, groß und hervorragend mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Der Balkon hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die grandiose Landschaft Wir wurden besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit durch die Gastgeberin empfangen (morgendlicher Brötchen- und Eierservice!). Eggen ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit sehr gastfreundlichen Bewohnern. Wir (Paar 31 und 41) haben unseren Skiurlaub hier verbracht. Trotz des geringen Schnees und viel Sonne konnte man im Skigebiet Obereggen super Ski fahren, da die Auszeichnungen für den hervorragendem Kunstschnee wirklich mehr als berechtigt sind. Wir hatten zunächst Zweifel, ob die 50-Pistenkilometer nicht langweilig werden könnten und haben auch für 2 Tage den Super-Dolomiti-Skipass genommen. Angesichts der schönen, leeren und unerwartet langen und abwechslungsreichen Pisten im Skigebiet Obereggen/Latemar würden wir hierauf das nächste Mal verzichten.
